The space
Come stay at our beautiful and quiet retreat on 10 acres of private land, situated next to pastures of grazing horses and with full-on views of Pike's Peak from all three floors!
This is a custom home built by the owners who have lived in it for 20 years and who lovingly renovated and thoughtfully outfitted the home with brand-new furnishings, appliances, and electronics to share with you.
* For security purposes relating to this $1M+ home's rural location, the home's exterior contains 5 outward-facing cameras. These are located over the front entry, the front driveway, the East garden entry, and the two rear entryways (2). There is also a single camera above the pool. The pool camera can be deactivated upon guest request. However, guests will still be responsible for upholding all house rules related to the use of the pool.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything you need to make meals for large groups. Double-wall ovens for cooking large meals or 4 pizzas at once, ample storage (extra fridge for food storage in the garage).
Coffee Bar: We have a separate bar in the dining area of the kitchen so there is never anything between you and your coffee. Keurig and Mr. Coffee. We supply Organic grind and a variety of Pods.
Wet Bar: wine glasses and staging space for drinks in the living room, kitchen, or on the decks! 1 Bottle of Complimentary Wine.
Tropical Oasis indoor Swimming pool: for soaking, playing, and laps. lounge area on the lower level and upper level. With a hot tub and gas firepit steps away outside. Access to the deck for sun tanning. 2 Sun Loungers can be used on either the basement level or main deck level.
Upper Indoor Deck in a tropical oasis: Warm and sunny deck for a cocktail with friends or to cozy up with a book.
Lower Level Rec Room and Lounge: Pool table, skee ball, foosball, Bar seating, cards, and a big couch for lounging. hi-top table seating. mini-fridge. You can also add an airbed here for 2 extra guests - a $50 use fee per person/night.

Fire Pit: Natural Gas. benches made from repurposed granite from the historic Brown's Palace in downtown Denver.
Back Yard: Secret garden, Quiet. Private. fenced, great for furbabies exercise, and play.
Grounds: Four-hole disc golf course. A recreational field with soccer goals and a volleyball net is stored in the recreational shed. Natural Colorado beauty. Relax with the view and the grazing horses.

The home is exclusively for guest use. No guests of the guests renting without approval from Management.
